The course covers a wide range of practical issues regarding legal nature and effects of European Union law, its intersection with public international law and national legal systems of the Member States and third countries, general principles underpinning cooperation and mutual responsibility of Member States within the European Union, the implementation and enforcement of European Union law, the protection of fundamental rights and economic freedoms in EU law.
