EU Economic Law 1st Sem. 2023

This course “EU Economic Law” seeks to explore the key elements of the EU Internal Market Law.  It examines the legal aspects by studying in detail the law governing the free movement of goods, persons, services and capital within the EU, as well as covering competition law and consumer law. The course gives an overview of the principles of the EU economic law. A general perspective will be complemented by an analysis of the most important cases of the European Court of Justice.
